The name of the Association is “Technology Solution Providers Association (TECSPA) ”. It is a non-religious, non-political and non-profit making organization, pledged to help in all sorts to the cause and benefits of Solution Providers in the region of Chandigarh.

TECSPA aims to bridge the gap between IT Solution Providers, Manufacturers, Distributors & other government/ semi government and National Trade bodies, uniting them and helping them to forge a new trade alliance forming an invaluable network in the industry.

In today’s world information is the key to success, TECSPA is helping all by providing access to all relevant information to its members on diverse subject such as various tax laws from Sales Tax, Service Tax, Income Tax, Excise and Custom laws, new technologies, business trends, sales updates, aligning partner across India to address their growing issues to serve customer spanned across the country.

• Strong representation to various policies from government (Central or State Government Departments)
• Facilitating a joint representation and trying for resolution of issues arising with other Vendors & Distributors.
• Committed to identify & impart new directions in business & bring improvement for the current methods of business.

• To bring the IT Infrastructure & Solution Providers on a single Platform.
• To interface with other associations, nationally and internationally.
• To promote ethical, legal business practices.
• To work for the betterment of the Members and their businesses.
• To organize Seminars, Workshops and Trade Shows for the growth of the IT Industry in the region.
• To conduct Events , social get togethers and Celebrations.
• To interface with NGOs, Charitable Organizations, Societies etc. to promote and support IT literacy and dissemination. Also to support any Person, NGOs, Charitable Organizations, Societies etc. in need of emergency help and to promote social cause as per needs and circumstances.
• To evolve, articulate and implement appropriate guide lines/standards on various aspects of the IT Industry.
• To encourage members of the association for bidding the tenders as a consortium and the association will recommend the clients to prefer business through these Members organizations.
• To settle differences among Members , Vendors or distributors, if any related to business.
• To create a forum for General Business related problems and questions and to solve the same by coming together in a co-operative manner.
• To question business practices that is harmful and extravagant; to make it possible for all the members to grow through IT industry and to compete with the biggest; to encourage market and industry research; to serve society by meeting its social responsibilities.
• To establish a forum where representatives of IT Industry, distributors, Principals, manufacturers, related agencies and Government can meet on mutual ground and examine problems of mutual concern. To Interface with Government for General concern of IT Industry including taxation and to become a forceful advocate of IT Industry, in the Region.
• To do everything and anything for and in the interest of the TECSPA.
• Encourage members to provide world-class quality products, services and solutions in India and overseas and help build brand equity for the Indian IT industry.
• To develop a progressive mind-set to educate and equip members to identify new opportunities on the horizon and face the threats and challenges in the IT industry.
• To increase public awareness about usage of licensed software packages and educate customer about benefits of using licensed packaged software and ways to improve customer satisfaction.
• To develop and maintain an atmosphere of trust between IT Solution Providers, Distributors and Principals to usher in a new culture of Collaboration and improvement of business interests.
• For the association’s aims and ambitions work to be done, To accept gift and Donations from any person, firm, Government , Corporate body, Association of Persons and trusts to promote amins and objectives of the association.
• To have an IT Plaza / Commercial centre for commercial use for the benefit of members and to interface with Government for allotment of land for Housing Society of the members.
• To purchase, take on lease or in exchange, hire and otherwise howsoever acquire any immovable or movable property, patents, licenses, rights and privileges which the Association may think necessary or convenient for the purposes of its objects and in particular any land, tenements, buildings and to pay for same either in cash or in securities and to sell, hire, let on lease or under lease or otherwise deal with or dispose of or grant right over any immovable or movable property, patents, licenses, rights, and privileges, belonging to the Association.
• To enter into agreements and contracts with Indian or foreign individuals, Companies or other organizations for technical know-how, financial or any other assistance to be given or to be taken for carrying out all or any of the objects of the association.
• For the welfare of the association and aims and ambitions to be fulfilled, the association may take necessary steps in the general course.
• To arrange regular interacting sessions / Meeting within India or aboard between our members and with other association or bodies for sharing views and knowledge base and to update members on the industry dynamics.
• To have an interactive web presence for the growth and needs of its members.
• The above said objectives can be added / modified from time to time after General house approval based on need but not more than once a year.
